Merry Christmas one and all πŸŽ„ ❄️ ⛄️ πŸŽ…πŸΌ

Our first term is over! Where has the time gone. We’ve loved every minute and celebrated with a class Christmas party today. We reflected on our year so far and were reminded of all the friends we’ve made and how much we’ve learnt in such a short space of time. It made us excited for what’s to come next year! See you all on Monday 6th January 2020.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year πŸŽ„ ❄️ ⛄️

We loved our Christmas dinner today. We even bumped into Father Christmas on the way to lunch! We were amused to know that he’d left his reindeer’s on the roof during his visit 🦌

We’ve been getting very festive in the class this week. We’ve enjoyed potato printing our families in the form of snowmen and decorating ginger biscuits.

We played some festive Christmas games in the hall this week including a version of duck duck goose called elf, elf, Santa. We also tried to steal Santa’s present without waking him up. We loved this game and didn’t want it to end.

Wow, what a special day. We performed twice and loved every minute of. We even had time to squeeze in some phonics learning in between performances! It’s been a great couple of weeks learning our story through the art of story telling, story mapping and actions and we hope you loved watching the end product on stage today. We are very proud of every child. What an amazing class!
