We are learning all about the states of matter: solids, liquids and gases. We are also going to learn about changes of state: evaporation, condensation, melting, freezing/solidifying. Here are some pictures of the children proving that gas exists all around us, even through we can’t see it!
We love using the atlases to discover where different places are in the world . 🌏
This week we have been locating mountain ranges from all across the globe and have been finding which continents they can be found in.
A huge well done to all of the children who auditioned for the year four Xmas factor. Special congratulations go to all of the brave finalists who performed in front of the whole school, as well as the huge entertainment team who hosted the competition with confidence and enthusiasm. It was lovely to see the winner was from Skipper 4. 🏆👏🏼
We were all looking forward to making some tasty flap jacks to put into our Christmas boxes. A huge thank you to Pippa for your help with this cooking project.
We have spent some time exploring different types of Christmas packaging . We have enjoyed designing and making our own Christmas boxes to include a tasty treat for someone special. 🎁
